Arrowhead Embroidery LLC - Return and Refund Policy

At Arrowhead Embroidery LLC, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Our return and refund policy is outlined below:

Returns:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all labels attached.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Purchase Orders:

  • For orders placed through a purchase order (PO), payment must be received before any credit is applied.
  • If payment has not yet been made on a purchase order, the order will be canceled, and no items will be shipped.
  • Please ensure timely payment of your purchase order to avoid cancellation.

Cancellations:

  • Orders that have not yet been shipped may be canceled upon request. If the order has been shipped, our return policy will apply.
